Our view of the therapeutic process is a journey that requires a safe and non-judgmental environment in order to be completely successfully. During every session, we respect that YOU are the expert on YOU. The role as your therapist, your fellow traveler, is to challenge you to begin looking inwardly to better understand what may be contributing to external difficulties you are currently experiencing. We will briefly examine your past (with the exception of  intensive trauma work), but spend most of our time appreciating where you are at in the present. Through the use of reflection, respect, humor, and compassion, we will gradually work towards you living a more fulfilling life.
